Our Classic Camping Setup is designed for families and small groups who want a stress-free trip with all the gear included. At the heart of this package is the roomy Coleman 8-Person Cabin Tent, offering space, ventilation, and quick setup/takedown. Sleeping pads and bags keep you comfortable, while a propane camp stove, lantern, cookware, and cooler make mealtime easy. Whether you’re heading to Rathtrevor, Gordon Bay, or Tofino, this package makes it simple to enjoy the outdoors without hauling piles of gear.

Included Gear

• Shelter: Coleman Skylodge 8-Person Cabin Tent (easy setup, roomy cabin design, pack size ~30″ × 12″ × 12″)

• Sleeping: 4 sleeping pads + 4 sleeping bags (cots or air mattresses available)

• Kitchen & Cooking: Dish set (enamel plates, bowls, cups, utensils, can opener, tongs, whisk), 2 pots, 2 pans, coffee percolator/tea kettle, camp stove

• Lighting: 1 Coleman lantern + flashlight

• Cooler: Coleman cooler (or similar)

• Water: 1 large water storage jug + 1 drink jug

Rental Details

• Minimum rental: 2 days

• Daily price: $125/day

• Tent height allows standing room and easy movement inside

• All gear is cleaned and tested between rentals for comfort and safety

• Packaged for car camping across Vancouver Island

 

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before pickup for a full refund.
Cancel 3–6 days before pickup for a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable.

Gear Responsibility

• You are responsible for all equipment during your rental. Any lost or damaged items will be deducted from your deposit.
