Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy

We want your trip to be stress-free, so here’s how our rentals work:

📅 Cancellation Policy

• 7+ days before pickup: Full refund, including your deposit.

• 3–6 days before pickup: 50% refund.

• Within 48 hours of pickup: Non-refundable.

🔄 Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your booking (subject to availability) up to 48 hours before pickup without penalty.

💵 Deposits & Refunds

• A refundable damage deposit is required at booking.

• Deposits are returned in full after the gear is inspected and returned in the same condition.

🛠 Gear Responsibility

• You are responsible for all equipment during your rental. Any lost or damaged items may be deducted from your deposit.

⏰ Pickup & Return

• All rentals are picked up and returned in Nanaimo.

• Gear must be returned clean and on time to avoid additional fees.
